Our 30-Day Return Promise
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition (unused, undamaged)
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-built PCs that have been used
- Software licenses and digital downloads
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Products damaged by the customer
How to Start a Return
- Log into your account and go to My Orders
- Select the item you want to return
- Click Request Return and choose a reason
- We'll email you an RMA number and prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Ship the item back using the prepaid label
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Defective items: We pay return shipping
- Wrong item shipped: We pay return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrived damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
